1. Custom & Engraved Jewelry

  • Your Responsibility for Accuracy:
    For all personalized items, we engrave the exact text you provide. Please double-check and triple-check all spelling, grammar, dates, and capitalization before submitting your order. We are not responsible for customer-provided errors. We cannot offer refunds or free replacements for mistakes you made in the customization form.

  • Minor Variations:
    Please note that minor variations in the engraving's placement, size, or darkness can occur. These are a natural part of the crafting process and are not considered defects.

2. Our Materials & How to Care for Your Jewelry

We use quality materials like Stainless Steel, 925 Sterling Silver, Copper, and Gold-plated metals. The lifespan of your jewelry depends heavily on how you care for it.

  • Preventing Tarnish and Discoloration:

    • No Guarantee Against Tarnish: Materials like Gold Plating, Copper, and Sterling Silver can naturally tarnish or discolour over time. This is a normal chemical reaction and not a product fault.

    • Keep it Dry: Always remove your jewelry before swimming, showering, or exercising.

    • Avoid Chemicals: Keep your jewelry away from perfumes, lotions, cleaning agents, and harsh chemicals.

  • Skin Reactions (A Quick Note):
    Sometimes, certain metals can react with a person's skin pH and cause temporary discoloration (a green or black mark). This is a natural reaction and not a defect in the product.

3. Our Limited Warranty

  • What Our Warranty Covers:
    We offer a limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects present at the time of delivery (e.g., a broken clasp upon arrival). If you find a defect, please contact us within the timeframe stated in our Refund and Return Policy.

  • What Our Warranty Does NOT Cover:
    This warranty does not cover issues that arise from daily use or misuse, including:

    • Normal wear and tear, such as scratches or fading plating.

    • Damage from accidents (e.g., snagging or breaking a chain).

    • Damage from failure to follow our care instructions.

    • Any repairs or alterations done by someone other than Succense.com.

This policy respects all statutory guarantees provided under consumer protection laws in the regions we serve, including the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, which cannot be legally excluded.

4. Your Designs & Intellectual Property

When you submit any text, name, or design for personalization, you confirm that:

  • You own the rights to that content, OR

  • You have permission from the rightful owner to use it.

  • You agree to be responsible for any claims made against Succense.com if your submitted design infringes on someone else's copyright or trademark. We reserve the right to refuse any design we deem offensive, illegal, or infringing on intellectual property.

5. General Information

  • Limitation of Liability:
    To the extent permitted by applicable law, Succense.com will not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website.

  • Governing Law:
    All transactions and any disputes are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
